Isolmax is a company specializing in the blanking of sheets, tubes, plastics, rods, and layered electrical insulation. Its plants are located in Italy, in Pioltello, Seggiano, and Tribiano, where the company is able to meet all market demands and satisfy customer needs.
All plants feature CNC-equipped machines and modern CAD/CAM software, which has allowed it to remain at the forefront of industrial innovation year after year. Isolmax’s structure and skilled workforce allow it to excel in various industrial sectors, performing processes such as cutting and milling with great precision.

Products by Isolmax
Isolmax products range from various types of glass, such as polyester, epoxy resin, silicone, and melamine, to phenolic paper-cloth, from expanded PVC to thermoplastic materials, from thermal insulation to laminated wood and polycarbonate.
Specifically, as concerns thermal insulation products designed to insulate against high temperatures, the company supplies materials such as Cogetherm and Nad 500, to perfectly replace asbestos fibres and guarantee thermal resistance at temperatures up to 1,200°C.
These products are available in sheets of various sizes and thicknesses, as well as machined parts or produced with CAD/CAM.
Phenolic or Bakelite paper-cloth is required in specific sectors, such as high-power electrical transformers, where it provides excellent insulation. Working with phenolic sheets and tubes as a raw material, Isolmax makes use of CNC machinery to produce a wide range of products, including CAD-designed ones.
The mechanical performance achieved with phenolic paper-cloth is high thanks to its self-lubricating properties, not to mention its exceptional quality-price ratio.
