Isolmax’s strong point is definitely its milling department, where we have 15 of the most modern CNC pantographs available on the market; we can handle everything from the smallest small parts, up to ‘projects’ with important dimensions 6000mm x 1500mm.
Not to be outdone are the working ‘heights’, which reach up to 1100mm, allowing us to machine parts complex in size in a single operation without having to ‘move’ the part, thus allowing tolerances and levels of precision otherwise unachievable.
We have several high-performance 3D modelling softwares available on the market, which allow us to acquire any cad drawing format and any geometry that the customer sends us; for those customers who require it, we offer a consultancy service, which follows them from the initial project phase with the creation and realisation of the prototype, through any modifications required, up to the serial production of the final product.
All of our machines are connected to INDUSTRY 4.0, which allows them to be monitored in real time from the dashboard of our programming office; we constantly check the status of any connected machine, the work phase it is in, the parts produced, downtime and any anomalies the system encounters during processing.
We strongly believe in continuous and constant innovation to enable Isolmax to continue to be a market leader and a benchmark in its sector; we allocate part of our profits annually to the purchase and/or renewal of new, increasingly high-performance machines, to the constant improvement of our planning software, and to the research and development of new assembled materials that can lead to a product with the best characteristics of both.
